About Me:
You may be someone who is used to showing up, following through and holding things together, all the while feeling overwhelmed or tense inside.
My work focuses on helping you actually change how those patterns show up in your day-to-day life.
You stop feeling responsible for everything
You communicate more directly
You feel less pressure to get everything right
You trust yourself more
I work with people who feel stuck despite doing everything “right.”

Training and Background
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Texas and a Certified EMDR Therapist with over 14 years of experience working with trauma and high-functioning patterns that no longer feel sustainable.
I received my Bachelor’s degree in English and Psychology, with a minor in Spanish, from Southern Methodist University (2003), and my Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University (2012).
My clinical work has included inpatient hospital settings, community health centers, and nonprofit organizations serving survivors of abuse. Over time, my work has focused on helping trauma survivors, including those navigating single-event trauma, complex trauma, and relational or developmental experiences that continue to shape how they move through their lives.
My work is focused on helping you move beyond understanding patterns into actually changing how they show up in your day-to-day life.
I currently provide in-person counseling in Dallas, Texas, and offer telehealth sessions to clients throughout the state.
